Nag pa kagat og maayo...nag labad akong ulo ato niya lagi. way klaro...anywayz suggest ko pde ta ka make og ghillie made of yarn and polyster strings....Or we could use canvas...cut nato og 2x18 strips nya i dye ug maayo...whala ghillie na...Sa man???sugod nata og amot???

arty and go. pero read the sniper challange topic sa OAC, pwede man bisag unsa. AEG, BASR, Gas Gun, as long as walay realsteel airgun. pwede man gani imung mp5 kung ganahan ka. it's up to you man. it does not have to be a sniper platform in order for you to join.

The MISSION

As a scout/sniper you are task to conduct surveillance on a suspected enemy outpost behind enemy lines, as well as take out a priority one target somewhere within the encampment and avoiding any collateral damage.

Be advised: There is another friendly sniper out there with the same task as yours but with a different target. Do your job and let him do his.

Components of the Sniper Challenge
This challenge is designed to cover the main components of being an actual scout sniper operative tailored specifically for airsoft players. The game covers Observation, Marksmanship, Stalking, Evade and Escape in one continuous mission for every sniper.

The Game Parameters

The sniper is to approach the encampment undetected, established an Observation Post (OP), report what you see, positively identify your target, stalk it and established a final firing position (FFP) to take the shot, then evade and escape towards extraction point, while avoiding any enemy casualty. Window of opportunity under 45 minutes only.

Additional intel reports of an unconfirmed enemy patrols all along the route. You are not authorized to engage any of them. Avoid them at all cost. Be INVISIBLE.

This Challenge has only one mission but have 3 stages to complete.

Execution

Snipers starts at the insertion point. There they will be briefing on mission details and last minute instructions, test firing, and equipment check.

Recommended equipment needed per sniper:
Sniper Rifle (preferably with scope).
Spotting Glasses/Binoculars/telescope etc…
Radio.
Watch.
Water Canteen or Hydration system.

1st Stage: Establishing OP
At the start of time, the sniper from the insertion point, is to approach the encampment undetected and must establish an OP to conduct surveillance onto it.

Once at his OP (stationary or mobile) the sniper must contact Control and conduct the following task:
1. Observe the Paper Targets and number of OPFOR around it.
2. Contact and report the number and description of every Paper Target or objects found around the camp.

Once completed Control will give the sniper a Target to shoot among the Paper Targets he reported. Every sniper will have his own designated Target to shoot.

2nd Stage: Stalking and Target Shooting.
When the sniper has his Target, It is upto the sniper to stalk into a favorable FFP. Once in position he must signal and indicate Control his intentions.

Either way he must indicate every shot to Control, this is for Safety reasons because OPFORs may be near the targets. When Control gives the “fire at will” signal then the sniper can safely engage the targets.

Only Two Shots per target.
The first shot will be for firing adjustment and bearing for the second shot. But both rounds will be scored. Unauthorized shots into the targets will have penalties.

Once the sniper has finished firing his two shots into the target, he then will signal Control for the “weapons clear”. Sniper then put his rifle on safe and unto the next stage.

3rd Stage Evade and Escape
The sniper must then move to EP but must choose his egress route wisely to avoid being spotted or captured by pursuing Patrols. Patrols may shoot if the sniper doesn’t responds to the patrol’s commands.


Debrief at the Extraction Point.
At the EP an Official will debrief the sniper on his performance and scores during his mission time.

TIME Exhausted:
When the time allocation of each sniper is over, (45mins) his mission stops regardless of stages completed or not.

Additional Notes:
Subject for DQ. Under any circumstances no sniper is allowed to shot any OPFOR or the patrols this is tantamount to collateral damage.

Radio use
Use the radio sparingly, Radios are used only to report and get further instructions from Control.


Camp OPFOR Personnel
Within and around the camp there will be unspecified number of armed guards and Civis (who will act as observers). The Observers constantly searches the surrounding target area, and when the first shot is heard, instructs the guards to the sniper position if spotted. Guards will search the spot as directed by the Observers and will capture a sniper when found. Furthermore, guards may also shoot the sniper spotted that don’t follow commands..

OPFOR Commands
Patrols and other OPFOR will give commands to the sniper first as a warning, either to “surrender”, “don’t move” or “ show yourself” once he is positively spotted. When the sniper obeys, the OPFOR will approach and tag him. However, if he doesn’t obey as commanded and runs away, the OPFOR are authorized to shoot.

Of being Spotted/Tagged/Captured:

The snipers must avoid detection from dedicated OPFOR, and Patrols.

Patrols:
Patrols will be roaming or positioned around the gamesite to tag or shot a sniper not careful enough to avoid them.

Camp Guards as directed by Observers can also approach an area or come near the sniper to tag them.


Hits
All hits count.

A sniper will be tagged if physically touched by the guards or patrol. Hits will also be considered as being TAGGED

On stage 1 a sniper tagged/Hit will be sent back to the insertion point to start again, plus score deductions.

On stage 2 a sniper tagged/Hit will be allowed to continue the mission but with score deductions.

On stage 3 a sniper tagged/Hit will be considered captured/killed by the enemy and his mission time stops.

SCORING CRITERIA:

Stage 1 Reaching and OP established : 100 points
Surveillance completed: 100 points
Stage 2 Target Shooting
Shot one (50-100pts)
Shot two (50-100pts)
total pts: 200points
Stage 3 Evade and Escape completed: 100points
TOTAL MAX POINTS : 500 points
Bonus Penalty:
Minus total time consumed: (Max 45 pts).

Penalties and deductions:
Spotted and Tagged on stages 1 & 2
1st TAG/Hit – 50 pts
2nd TAG/Hit –150 pts
3rd TAG/Hit – 200 pts
4th TAG/Hit – 250 pts
5th TAG/Hit –300 pts

Incomplete or wrong report on Surveillance:
- 50 points.
Wrong Target hit
-100 points

Unauthorized Target Hits (more than 2):
- Whatever score the excess round hits will be equivalent to its’ penalties.

NO POINTS if Tagged/HIT on stage 3.

Whoever sniper with the most points including penalties and deductions will be declared the BEST SNIPER for the day.

ok ra man tingali to. ang naa ana kay describe ang base camp, oki ra tingali mag binisaya, dayon kung stage 2 naka, pananghid lang sa imu 1st shot ug 2nd shot. Radio is not really required, maybe naa sila makaprovide, pero just in case mangita lang sad kog radio mahuwaman and kung naa ka, binoculars sad para sa stage 1.

Asa na dapita sa liloan ang game kay mo lahas lang unya ko inig out nako sa trabaho.

harold palit nalang daan og badminton net or 1x1 inch nga net naa sa colon kay natural vegetation lang ang style sa atong ghillie aron dili kaau hasol ang problema lang is kinahanlan nato i pa pilit og maau ang net...im thinking epoxy will do fine tag 50 ra ang lata. Mangibot lang tag sagbot ngad2. hehehe.

@ Razor, Di kaha apiki kung what if kitay paunahon ug dula? Puliki tag ibot ani? hehehe. Don't worry Go dula lang ta gud bisan walay ghillie. Kato man gani Saturday, naglisud naman gani kog pangita ninyo na wala moy ghillie. Lingaw2x lang ta gud. hehehe

Mo kuyog ko inig sunday ninyo, humana man ko pananghid sa ako CO. Ako lang ingnon ako mga kauban kung ganahan sila mo tan-aw inig sunday.

@toypitz,Sorry kaayo badi. Naka reserve lang kog 3 slots initially kay mao raman akong pagtuo moy muduwa. pero kung ganahan ka, adto lang kay kung basin nay mu back out, ikaw fill in.

BTW, 50 petot na ang registration kay para sad sa caretaker ang P20 gi add. BYOB ta daan kay layo daw ni sa highway. Walay mabaligyaan didto. Oki?
